Executive Board
In accordance with the CEP bylaws, the Executive Board is the highest managing body of the institution with different executive powers.

Advisory Board
The main role of the Advisory Board is to advise the institution on all matters related to the activities of the Centre for European Perspective. The Board may submit project proposals, represents the Centre for European Perspective abroad, promotes its activities and assists in obtaining additional funding.

- Murat Bilhan, Director of the Foreign Policy Platform at the Istanbul Kültür University
- Zbigniew Brzezinski, professor of the American Foreign Policy at the School of International Studies, John Hopkins in Washington, and former advisor of the U.S. President
- Erhard Busek, Chairman of the Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe and former Special Co-ordinator of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe
- Timothy Garton Ash, Professor of European Studies at St Antony's College, University of Oxford
- Tom Harkin, member of the U.S. Senate
- Victor Jackovich, former U.S. Ambassador to Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the United Nations
- Kristiina Ojuland, Member of the European Parliament and former Foreign Minister of Estonia
- Jan Petersen, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Austria and former Norwegian Foreign Minister
- Javier Solana, former High Representative for the Common Foreign and Defence Policy of the EU
- Goran Svilanović, Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities and former Foreign Minister of Serbia and Montenegro
- Zhang Deguang, former Secretary-General of the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and former Vice-foreign Minister of the People's Republic of China
