usposabljanje MK preiskovanje korupcije avg sept 2016 skupinskaA 3-day training for building capacity of Macedonia in the area of investigation of corruption cases was successfully concluded on 1 September 2016 in Macedonia. Eighteen Macedonian high-level executives who participated in the training expressed satisfaction with quality of Slovenian assistance and methodology of the workshop, and they assessed exchanged experience valuable to fight corruption. The project is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and Police of the Republic of Slovenia.

With the method of active participation the exchange of experiences and comparison of criminal tactics and criminalistics methodological differences in directing investigations and comparison of legal conditions for initiation and successful conduct of investigation in examined cases from Slovene and Macedonian practices was conducted. Through discussions during the analysis of the cases it was identified what are the differences between Slovenia as a EU member and Macedonia in investigation of corruption and what changes should be introduced and in what way for more efficiency and effectiveness in investigation of corruption criminal offences.

In the continuation of the project a workshop will also be organised which will involve representatives of other state authorities in addition to the officials from the Ministry of Interior and will address experiences in inter-institutional cooperation in investigation of corruption and potentials in Macedonia for improving inter-institutional cooperation in this area.

The project is part of the Slovenian Development Assistance Programme funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia.


mrss znak manjsiSlovenska razvojna pomoč Makedoniji v teku - za uspešnejše preiskovanje primerov korupcije

V Makedoniji je 1.9.2016 uspešno izvedeno 3-dnevno usposabljanje za krepitev zmogljivosti Makedonije na področju preiskovanja primerov korupcije. Udeležilo se ga je 18 visokih uslužbencev Makedonije, ki so izrazili zadovoljstvo s kakovostjo slovenske podpore in načinom izvedenih delavnic ter ocenili, da bodo izmenjane izkušnje koristne za boj proti korupciji. Projekt se izvaja v sodelovanju z Ministrstvom za notranje zadeve in Policijo Republike Slovenije.

Z metodo aktivnega sodelovanja udeležencev je bila izvedena izmenjava izkušenj in primerjava kriminalistično taktičnih in kriminalistično metodičnih razlik pri vodenju samih preiskav in primerjava zakonskih pogojev za uvedbo in uspešno izvedbo preiskave pri obravnavanih primerih iz slovenske in makedonske prakse. Skozi razpravo ob analizi primerov preiskav so bile identificirane razlike pri preiskovanju korupcije med Slovenijo kot članico EU in Makedonijo ter ugotovljeno, katere spremembe ter na kakšen način bi jih bilo potrebno vpeljati za uspešnejše in učinkovitejše preiskovanje korupcijskih kaznivih dejanj.

V nadaljevanju projekta bo organizirana tudi delavnica, kjer bodo, poleg uslužbencev Ministrstva za notranje zadeve, vključeni tudi predstavniki drugih državnih organov in bo obravnavala izkušnje na področju medinstitucionalnega sodelovanja pri preiskovanju korupcije in analiziranju potencialov Makedonije pri izboljševanju medinstitucionalnega sodelovanja na tem področju.

Projekt je del slovenskega programa razvojne pomoči, ki ga financira Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve Republike Slovenije.
