A five day training for the Customs and Border Police of the Republic of Macedonia titled "Creating a Positive Working Environment for High Quality and Professional Work" organised by the Centre for European Perspective (CEP) in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and Customs of the Republic of Slovenia is starting on 28 November in Idrizovo, Macedonia.

This is the first module organised at the request of the Customs Administration of the Republic of Macedonia and Border Police of the Republic of Macedonia. The project is part of the official development aid package provided by the Republic of Slovenia to the Republic of Macedonia and the established cooperation between the Macedonian Customs and Police and CEP.

The main goal of the training is to exchange practical experiences between Macedonian and Slovenian border policemen and customs officers through case studies and to engage in interactive role plays with Dr Tatjana Dragović, acknowledged trainer in leadership and motivation and four Slovenian customs and police experts. The general aim of the training is to improve working environment in order to ensure high quality and professional work.

Training will be attended by 24 high representatives of the Customs Administration and Border Police of the Republic of Macedonia.
