The Centre for European Perspective is leading a consortium of Slovenian partner institutions: Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs, The Labour Inspectorate of Republic of Slovenia and the Institute of Occupational Safety for the implementation of the project.
The project's purpose is to provide conditions for implementation of European standards related to safety and health of employees through harmonization of legislation and improvement of human and technical capacities of governmental institutions in the area of labour inspection and safety at work inspection.
The Opening address was given by Minister of Labour and Social Welfare of Montenegro, Mr Suad Numanović and Mr Nikola Bertolini from EU Delegation to Montenegro. The meeting was followed by presentation of the project and discussion. The Steering Committee of the project was established that will firstly meet after preparation of first quarterly interim report. The meeting was also participated by Project coordinator and Acting Executive Director of the Centre for European Perspective (CEP) Mr Andrej Vrčon.
