DSCN2269 2Today, on 16 April 2015, training for the protection of children in the justice system of the Republic of Sprska began. It focuses on protecting children who find themselves in the cogs of justice, either as victims or as witnesses, and on techniques for conducting interviews with them.

The main purpose of the project is to raise awareness of those in the judicial system of the Republic of Srpska, about the importance of children’s protection, on the possibilities to prevent secondary victimization and on interview techniques, which have the potential to help. The focus will be a key influence of the manner of conducting the interview with children, which must be suitable to them, understandable and in a user-friendly manner.

On two-day training three Slovenian experts (criminal investigator, prosecutor and clinical psychologist) will share their experiences which they have in this field to 30 colleagues from BiH. Group that is composed of police, social workers and prosecutors, among them are half women, will through practical workshops improve their skills. On the training Slovenian good practice will be presented and practical advices for everyday work will be prepared.

Training started with introduction by organizers, CEP and Ministry of Interior of Republic of Srbska, and short welcome by slovene consul in Banja Luka, Mr Branko Zupanc.


MRSS znak manjsiZAŠČITA OTROK V PRAVOSODNEM SISTEMU REPUBLIKE SRBSKE

Danes, 16. aprila 2015 se je pričelo usposabljanje za zaščito otrok v pravosodnem sistemu Republike Srbske, ki se osredotoča na zaščito otrok, ki se znajdejo v pravosodnem kolesju, bodisi kot žrtve bodisi kot priče, ter na tehnike vodenja intervjuja z njimi.

Glavni namen projekta je ozaveščanje tistih, ki se v sodnem sistemu Republike Srbske srečujejo z otroki, o pomembnosti njihove zaščite, o možnostih preprečevanja sekundarne viktimizacije ter o tehnikah razgovora, ki so jim pri tem lahko v pomoč. Izpostavljen bo ključni vpliv načina vodenja razgovora z otrokom, ki mora biti izveden na njim primeren, razumljiv in prijazen način.

Na dvodnevnem usposabljanju bodo tri slovenske strokovnjakinje (kriminalistka, tožilka in klinčna psihologinja) tridesetim kolegom iz različnih služb, ki se ukvarjajo z otroki v pravosodnih postopkih predstavile svoje delo. Policistom, socialnim delavcem in tožilcem, med katerimi je kar polovica žensk, bodo predstavili izkušnje, ki jih imajo s tega področja in skozi praktične delavnice izboljšale njihove sposobnosti. Predstavljene jim bodo tudi slovenske dobre prakse, hkrati pa bodo pripravljeni tudi praktični nasveti za vsakodnevno delo.

Usposabljanje se je pričelo z uvodnim nagovorom organizatorjev, CEP in MNZ Republike Srbske ter s pozdravom slovenskega konzula v Banja Luki, gospoda Branka Zupanca.
