131022 sprejem komandirjev prometnih policijskih postaj Srbije 009Centre for European Perspective (CEP) , together with the Police of the Republic of Slovenia, is hosting a study visit of traffic police of Serbia between 21 and 25 October 2013 and therefore continues support to the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia in the reforms that are among priorities of Serbia for EU membership. This is a project of the Official Development Cooperation , initiated the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Slovenia and the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia.

Serbian representatives of the traffic police, who carry out leadership and management functions will observe their Slovenian counterparts in the implementation of complex tasks of leadership, they will, with the assistance of an expert, analyze practices Slovenian police used, practices in Serbia and on the case of traffic police stations Ljubljana and Maribor examine improvements that can be introduced in the performance of their organizational units. At the end of the course, participants will develop a concrete action plan for the conversion into practice. The police representatives of Police Directorate Ljubljana, Police Directorate Celje, Police Directorate Novo mesto and Police Directorate Maribor will take part in this study visit.

This is a continuation of training of the same group in the year 2011, the purpose of improving the leadership and management of the police is to improve the work of police officers, the impact on the motivation of the quality of work and professionalism in the work.

The project is part of the CEP programme activities funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from Slovenian International Development Cooperation funds.

MRSS znak večjiSlovenija nadaljuje podporo Srbiji na področju reform policije

Center za evropsko prihodnost (CEP) skupaj s Policijo Republike Slovenije med 21. in 25. oktobrom 2013 gosti študijski obisk prometne policije Srbije in s tem nadaljuje pomoč Ministrstvu za notranja zadeve Republike Srbije pri reformah, ki spadajo med prednostne naloge Srbije za članstvo v EU. Pobudnika projekta sta Veleposlaništvo Republike Srbije v Sloveniji in Ministrstvo za notranje zadeve Republike Srbije.

Srbski predstavniki prometne policije, ki opravljajo naloge vodenja, bodo med študijskim obiskom opazovali svoje slovenske kolege pri izvajanju zahtevnih delovnih nalog vodenja, potem pa bodo ob pomoči strokovnjaka za vodenje v policiji analizirali uporabljene prakse, prakse v Srbiji in na primerih postaj prometne policije v Ljubljani in Mariboru ugotavljali izboljšave, ki jih lahko uvedejo v delovanje svojih organizacijskih enot. Ob koncu usposabljanja bodo udeleženci študijskega obiska oblikovali akcijski načrt za konkretne prenose v prakso. Sodelujejo predstavniki slovenske policije PU Ljubljana, PU Celje, PU Novo mesto in PU Maribor.

Gre za nadaljevanje usposabljanja iste skupine predstavnikov srbske policije iz leta 2011, namen izboljšanja vodenja v policiji je izboljšanje dela policistov, vpliv na motivacijo pri kakovosti dela in profesionalizem v delu.

Projekt je del programskih aktivnosti CEP, ki jih financira Ministrstvo za zunanje zadeve iz sredstev za mednarodno razvojno sodelovanje.
