Centre for European Perspective is organising a Mission Management, Administration and Support (MAS) Course between 22 and 25 April in Hotel des Colonies, Brussels.
Large international organisations have experienced their share of problems in attempting to plan, set up and support civilian crisis management field operations and, particularly, to achieve a rapid deployment of administration and logistics support resources. A sustainable management of a field mission is key to improving the motivation and efficiency of all staff.
The overall objective of the four-day Mission Administration & Support course is to provide its participants with in-depth knowledge of administrative and support procedures and structures of civilian crisis management operations.
Taking into account the different categories of staff involved in missions, the course will address not only technical and administrative experts but also middle and senior management staff from EULEX Kosovo, EUMM Georgia, EUPOL Afghanistan and representatives of Brussels support.
