The fifth training course held as part of the project Efficient and Effective Kosovo Public Services was organised by the Centre for European Perspective and the Ministry of Public Services of the Republic of Kosovo in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, Protocol of the Republic of Slovenia, Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana and an independent public speaking Instructor.
