On 20 and 21 November 2009 a concluding part of the contest “Intercultural Challenge” will take place in Mostar, BiH. The contest in the framework of the CEP project “Educational Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina” is implemented by CEP in cooperation with the Slovenian Ministry of Education and Sport, UWC-IB Initiative in BiH and Education First (EF) language school.

European Perspectives is a scientific journal that publishes original, peer-reviewed scientific articles focusing on relevant political, sociological, social, security, economic and legal as well as ethnic, cross-ethnic, minority and cross-cultural issues related to European and Euro-Atlantic integrations and South-Eastern Europe. We also welcome papers focusing on regional integration processes especially in comparison with the Western Balkans.

On the occasion of the launching of the new scientific journal European Perspectives the Centre for European Perspective organizes its presentation to be held on Wednesday, 2nd December at 12.15 at the Castle of Jable, Loka pri Mengšu. Guest speaker will be the author of the introductory paper, former Austrian Vice Chancellor and Coordinator for South East Europe dr. Erhard Busek.

Centre for European Perspective (CEP) is preparing a training entitled »Creating an Ethical Work Environment« in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Slovenia and the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia. This is the first CEP training for the Police of the Republic of Serbia and is intended for the Serbian Border Police. It will take place from 7 to 10 December 2009 in Belgrade, Serbia.
