“Our world, our Dignity, our Future. The post-2015 agenda and the role of youth”, will feature an interactive debate between the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, who is also on the advisory board of Centre for European Perspective, and Youth Ambassadors which will be held on 27 May 2015 at 16:00.
During the official visit in Slovenia, Ksenija Milenković, Acting Director of European Integration Office of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Ilić, Deputy Director and Coordinator for EU funds at the European Integration Office and Milica Pavlović, Representative of the Embassy of Republic of Serbia in Slovenia, visited Centre for European Perspective. We discussed EU projects, potentials of Slovenian assistance and possibilities of future cooperation with the Republic of Serbia.
Centre for European Perspective's project proposal was selected to receive financial support from the International Visegrad Fund within the Small Grants for the project “Academic debate on Slovenia's role in Visegrad Group”. The project will be implemented with partners from all V4 countries, namely Central European Policy Institute, The Centre for Euro-Atlantic Integration and Democracy, Institute of East-Central Europe, Institute for European Policy Europeum and three academics, Tomas Strazay, Marek Lenč and Maria Beresova.
Centre for European Perspective in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, is in the framework of European Year of Development 2015 (EYD 2015), organizing an online challenge “United For One Cause. United For Our Future.”, which will be entirely run on social networks. With fun challenge of planting or making trees, individuals will spread the important message of ELR 2015.
